This project is a condominium office-warehouse-showroom park on the 595 expressway near Fort Lauderdale. It hasn't been built yet so consists of extensive 3D renderings and photography by Archiform 3D. The design itself is all Flash so has an entirely customized interface.

We worked closely with the advertising agency on this job to get an interface and presentation that matched the corporate profile and message perfectly.

Streaming movies on the internet

Archiform 3D supplied broadcast quality QuickTime movies that we compressed and tuned for playback over the internet. These were then embedded into the Flash presentation and we made a custom video player that intelligently loads the movie while playing it.

Interactive site plan

The client wanted users to view all condos for sale from a master plan, having access to sizes and prices at the same time. The site plan can be panned, zoomed and clicked by the user to access all the information which is updated by the minute.

Database back end

The client requested two database requirements - up to date figures on the Flash presentation, immediate access to data and the ability for him to make changes, online statistics. This was implemented seamlessly between a relational database, a web interface for editing data and the final Flash presentation.

SEO for this site

This site has little SEO due to it's nature of being pure Flash. To help compensate we embedded much of the key text used to describe the project and put in a back end of credits, which at least gains recognition on the search engines for it's main key words and project name. The nature of this type of site means that extensive SEO is not required as the core of the traffic comes from newspaper advertisements and referrals. In future when the project is sold out it may become viable for a redesign and some normal SEO techniques to get it's presence across more thoroughly.
